Orders & Shipping
When will my gift box ship?
- Gift Boxes: Ship within 1-2 working days after your order. We ship every day, so there should be no delay unless otherwise specified.
How long does delivery take?
- Republic of Ireland & Northern Ireland: Allow 1-2 working days for delivery once your gift has shipped.
Do you ship internationally?
Not currently, but we hope to change this soon so please check back.
How much does delivery cost?
- Republic of Ireland: €4.95 per order, with FREE delivery over €100.
Payments
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit and debit cards (Visa, American Express, MasterCard) and PayPal. Prices include all applicable taxes but exclude delivery costs.
Personalization & Gift Messages
Can I add a gift message to my order?
Yes! On the cart page, there’s a section where you can include a personal message. We handwrite your message on a decorative card, seal it in an envelope, and include it with your gift box. If you miss the message box, simply reply to your order confirmation email with your message, and we’ll confirm we’ve received it. You can also contact us via online chat or on Instagram if that’s easier. Be sure to add your name so the recipient knows who the gift is from!
Do you offer custom or bespoke gift boxes?
Absolutely! We’re happy to work with you to create a custom gift box tailored to your needs. Please reach out to us at support@tlcgifting.com with your requirements and how much you wish to spend and we will work together to come up with a special TLC box.
Will there be an invoice in the gift box?
We do not include invoices or pricing in gift boxes. However, if there’s no gift message or sender details, we include a slip with the sender’s name so the recipient knows who sent the gift. No prices are shown.
Returns, Refunds & Exchanges
Can I modify my order?
Absolutely, we understand that things can sometimes go wrong! You can make changes within 1 hour of placing your order.
What is your refund policy?
You have 14 days after receiving your item to request a refund if you’re not completely satisfied. To be eligible, the item must be in the same condition you received it in, unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Please contact us at support@tlcgifting.com to start a return.
Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged.
What if my item is damaged or incorrect?
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if it’s defective, damaged, or incorrect. We’ll do everything we can to make it right.
How do refunds work?
Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll notify you of the refund approval status. Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card provider to post the refund.
