Return Window
You have 14 days from the date of receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility
To qualify for a return, items must be:

• In original condition
• Unworn and unused
• Sealed in the original packaging

How to Initiate a Return
To begin your return, please email us at support@tlcgifting.com. Once your return is approved, we’ll provide instructions on where to send your item. Please note that returns requested without prior approval will not be accepted. Customers are responsible for any return shipping costs. All returns are at the discretion of TLC Gifting.
